Eat until 2 am at a very affordable price. The shop is located a few steps from the gate, so it's quite convenient to fight hunger on weekends
There are quite a few snacks here. In addition to the grilled spring rolls, which are the restaurant's signature dish, I especially recommend the sour spring rolls, which are breaded and fried and dipped in spicy chili sauce.

2. Long Vi Dung "empire" beef jerky salad, the flavor captivates Hanoians.
Nom Long Vi Dung is the most famous restaurant in the old town, nearly 70 years old. Long Vi Dung salad only has 4 types of beef filling: char siu, tendon, spleen, thin meat with papaya, carrot and sweet and sour mixture, some peanuts and herbs, chili sauce for flavor.
Address: 23 Hoan Kiem Lake Ward, Hang Bac, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
The piece of spleen has a fleshy taste on the outside, a creamy filling on the inside, and is delicious without feeling dry or fishy. The tendons are flexible, clear but still crispy. The thin amber-colored meat is sliced into long pieces, sweet, flexible, and delicious. It's all mixed together in a dipping sauce that's as thick as honey, sweeter than sour, very lightly salty but absorbed into the crunchy papaya, so suitable for making salad that after eating it, you still want to gulp it all down.

Every morning, at Lang Bac Mausoleum, there is a flag salute ceremony at 6 am (summer) or 6:30 am (winter). Watching the moment the morning sun shines on the red flag with a gold star is beautiful and proud.
7 a.m .: After attending the flag salute ceremony at Lang Bac's Mausoleum, move to Sword Lake . Visit the Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge,... the entire "brand identity" of Hanoi. Because the time is still early, the view of Hoan Kiem Lake is still not crowded. Walking by the lake is the best!
Another option that is loved by many tourists when visiting the capital is to buy Hanoi double-decker bus tickets to listen to explanations about each place or take virtual photos with enchanting photo angles on the bus.
9 a.m. – 10 a.m.: This will bewhen the streets start to get more crowded. Visit Hanoi Cathedral, the hottest virtual living place in Hanoi. 1.2 Lunch: Eat vermicelli
11 a.m. – 12 p.m.: The stomach starts to rumble. In addition to pho, Hanoi vermicelli is also a famous traditional dish. Fragrant barbecue on charcoal is very addictive. Hoan Kiem District is the "culinary heart" of the capital, let's visitthe cuisine of the old town right away!

1.Serein Cafe & Lounge – 16 Tran Nhat Duat is one of the cafes with the most beautiful view in Hanoi. You can enjoy a fragrant cup of coffee with a direct view of Long Bien Bridge. Take a few minutes to rest and admire the scenery !

2.West Lake is a familiar dating spot for young people in the capital. You can buy a few sweet beef bars on the sidewalk, set up a stall and enjoy the West Lake breeze. Perhaps you will be captivated when the afternoon falls, the sunset hereis extremely beautiful. If you are stressed or tired, just watch the gentle sunset here.
3.If it is a hot day, choose a café with a direct view of the lake. Along the shore of the lake there are many beautiful cafes for you to live virtually.
4.On weekends, young people in Hanoi often come here to play SUP on West Lake, a favorite summer sport . Or go to West Lake Water Park
1.4 Dinner: Dinner – Old Town
Playing all day until night must be very tiring, right? If anyone is too tired, eat dinner and then go back torest, see you in Hanoi another day. But, if anyone has enoughenergy, recharge your energy to continue "playing". The 1-day Hanoi travel schedule is indispensable for evening activities.
17h - 18h.: Hanoi is the "capital" of delicious, tonic and cheap snacks. What you need to do is prepare yourself with an empty stomach and a full wallet. If you go in a group, enjoy the sidewalk grilled beef stew is both full and very delicious. This is also one of the "wardrobe" dishes of the capital's young people. The price for this grilled dish will range from 150,000 VND to 200,000 VND/person. Halo would like to suggest some places to grill beef around the Tay Ho area, Hoan Kiem:
8:00 - 9:00 pm.: Hanoi is at its most beautiful at night, when the streets are shimmering with lights, especially the Old Quarter. Hurry up to Ta Hienneighborhood to immerse yourself in the nightlife! Drinking draft beer, sipping hot fried spring rolls and chatting a few sentences will forget the way home. Church Street or Phung Hung Mural Street is also wonderful.
10 p.m .: We 've been traveling all day, so let's go home and rest. This is also the end of the 1-day Hanoi travel journey.

But, Hanoi calls autumn the most beautiful season, the most romantic and wonderful season. As the last showers of summer pass, the period between August and November is the perfect time to explorethe Capital in a new coat. The yellow and red color of the fallen leaves, the air is extremely fresh and pleasant.
Dry and cold is when Hanoi enters winter . Wearing a warm jacket on a day trip to Hanoi with friends is equally fun ! I definitely have to do a few more Foodtours to fill my stomach because Hanoi cuisine is very delicious. The end of January to March is also the traditional Tet holiday, the spring travel season of Vietnamese people. It will drizzle outside, accompanied by a little chill but sweet and gentle.
3. Transportation in Hanoi
A 1-day trip to Hanoi must have strongsupport from transportation. Most students will prefer to travel by motorbike. Or more economically, you can explore Hanoi by bus. Cycling is also an option but you should save energy.
